NetSuite Cloud Services Contracts – Subscription Services Agreements

This agreement governs orders for NetSuite and Open Air Cloud Services. This Agreement is not applicable to NetSuite Connectors Cloud Services (f/k/a FarApp Connectors), NetSuite CPQ Cloud Services (f/k/a Verenia CPQ), or SuitePeople Workforce Management Cloud Services (f/k/a Adi Insights) - see applicable agreements below.

Your Estimate/Order Form (the “order”) for NetSuite and Open Air Cloud Services identifies the Subscription Services Agreement that governs the order. If your order is placed on or after July 10, 2023 and references the Subscription Services Agreement available at https://www.oracle.com/corporate/contracts/cloud-services/netsuite/, then the July 10, 2023 version of the Subscription Services Agreement applies to that order (refer to the “Agreement” section on the order to identify the specific agreement applicable to, and governing, your order). For any “add-on order” to an original Cloud Services order, the version of the Subscription Services Agreement for Cloud Services in effect on the date of the original order will apply to the add-on order, even if the add-on order is placed after an updated version of the Subscription Services Agreement is published. An “add-on order” is an order that updates the quantity or type of previously ordered Cloud Services, such as by adding capacity, new user subscriptions, or additional SaaS service applications. Prior versions of the Oracle Subscription Services Agreement can be found under the “Archive” tab below.

NetSuite Cloud Services Contracts – Controller Subscription Services Agreements

This agreement governs orders for NetSuite and Open Air Cloud Services. This Agreement is not applicable to NetSuite Connectors Cloud Services (f/k/a FarApp Connectors), NetSuite CPQ Cloud Services (f/k/a Verenia CPQ), or SuitePeople Workforce Management Cloud Services (f/k/a Adi Insights) - see applicable agreements on this page.

Your Estimate/Order Form (the “order”) for NetSuite and Open Air Cloud Services identifies the Subscription Services Agreement that governs the order. If your order is placed on or after July 10, 2023 and specifically references the Controller Subscription Services Agreement available at https://www.oracle.com/corporate/contracts/cloud-services/netsuite/, then the July 10, 2023 version of the Controller Subscription Services Agreement applies to that order (refer to the “Agreement” section on the order to identify the specific agreement applicable to, and governing, your order). For any “add-on order” to an original Cloud Services order, the version of the Controller Subscription Services Agreement for Cloud Services in effect on the date of the original order will apply to the add-on order, even if the add-on order is placed after an updated version of the Controller Subscription Services Agreement is published. Oracle Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite Connectors (formerly known as FarApp Connectors)

This agreement governs orders for NetSuite Connectors Cloud Services (f/k/a FarApp Connectors). This Agreement is not applicable to NetSuite and Open Air Cloud Services, NetSuite CPQ Cloud Services (f/k/a Verenia CPQ), or SuitePeople Workforce Management Cloud Services (f/k/a Adi Insights) - see applicable agreements on this page.

Your Estimate/Order Form (the "order") for the NetSuite Connector integration cloud services identifies the Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite Connectors ("Agreement") that governs the order. If your order is placed on or after July 10, 2023 and references the Agreement available at https://www.oracle.com/corporate/contracts/cloud-services/netsuite/, then the Agreement below applies to that order (refer to the “Agreement” section on the order to identify the specific agreement applicable to, and governing, your order). As outlined in the Agreement, Oracle may revise the Agreement at anytime upon providing notice to You. Such changes will take effect at the beginning of Your next Renewal Term or as otherwise specified in the Agreement. Your continued use and payment of the services will be deemed as Your acceptance of the terms. Oracle Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite CPQ (formerly Verenia CPQ)

This agreement governs orders for NetSuite CPQ Cloud Services (f/k/a Verenia CPQ). This Agreement is not applicable to NetSuite and Open Air Cloud Services, NetSuite Connectors Cloud Services (f/k/a FarApp Connectors), or SuitePeople Workforce Management Cloud Services (f/k/a Adi Insights) - see applicable agreements on this page.
